I ordered a scuf prestige for Xbox one 4 months ago and fresh out the box it’s nice, works perfectly and fell in love with the controller. As time went on the connection cable loosens so you can’t charge and play, and within 4 months the l3 sprint button has broke I’m unable to sprint and nothing I can do can fix it. I’m still in warranty but I can’t be bothered going through repairs, time to close the door on this one. Poor build quality controllers that feel nice but break easily, believe what you hear about scuf.

I would leave 0 stars if at all possible. Scuf is the opitamy of garbage. I just threw mine down the street because it took a crap on me, a mere 3 months after purchase. Also, I'm just your average joe gamer. Not an all day every day kind of gamer. So, save your money, or if you feel like giving your money away, throw it in the garbage and then set it on fire before giving it to scuf.

Do not buy from Scuf. My controller never charged, as if the battery pack was not installed in it. Within 3 months of playing, the paddle snapped in half and the thumb stick covers are peeling off. With the expensive price of these controllers I was expecting great quality, but recieved quite the opposite. These controllers are cheap and the company is crooks and will not help with my situation.

There was a problem with my order but it was because of my fault, then I contacted the scuf support and they helped me a lot, specifically Raven:)

Don't waste your money, controller broken 3 times in one year last time.e went in for repair, kept for 5 months expected me to pay for repairs 3ven though wad sent before warrenty expired.

This wasn't my first purchase from Scuf. My last Scuf still works perfectly fine, but I had left it in my home country. Because of the pandemic, I haven't traveled back home, so I purchase another one after saving up for a few months. Despite reading many bad reviews online, I decided to still go with Scuf because the international shipping fee was a little less compared to what other elite controller companies had set.
After I had purchased a controller, one thing that really stood out to me was a customer service contacted me due to an error in my address. Once I responded, they shipped my controller promptly.
A couple of things had me worried when I received my controller. One, my left paddle is a little tighter than my right one, so I have to press down harder on it. Two, my left toggle makes a tick whenever I move it in the down position, even though I didn't push it all the way. They're not major issues, but things that I noticed in my new controller.
I'm thrilled with my purchase, and I am also curious to see how other elite controllers hold up.

It take time to get uses to when playing call of duty for years I'm come to terms that it's not for everyone but holding a normal ps4 controller to holding a scuf controller is different at first but when you feel like your fingers are getting used to putting them on paddles it's great feeling it's very comfy and only thing you need to make sure is that when you go into a gun fight don't tence your hands because you will touch the paddles make sure you relax your hands and I paid for delivery but I'm happy I did ????

If I could do Zero Stars I would. Received a broken controller for $200. Even though their policy states that the restock fee is waived if controller is defective they still refuse to refund me the full amount. Controller felt like a $20 knock off and customer service is absolutely horrible. This company is an absolute scam. Worst controller I’ve ever purchased. I recommend Xbox Elite V1or V2. Don’t waste your time with this company.

LOVE the look and feel, I went with removing the vibration motors and it's super lightweight. The joysticks feel faster than my elite v2 and to be honest I only have 2 complaints:
1) Charging is not USB-C
2) You cannot fully lock the triggers without it spazzing out on you (travel basically equals out to the elite v2 full lock but it feels quicker on screen.)
I think figuring out a way to allow the triggers to lock at basically zero throw and making it Type-C charging would've put it above and beyond anything else, but still very impressed. The remappable paddles are leagues above the elites as well.
All in all you're paying about the same as an elite V2, so just bite the bullet and build yourself a Scuf and enjoy life!

I bought two ps4 scuf controllers. I was so excited to get them because my old controllers were slowly dying and i thought it would improve my game. First of all the shipping time was like 2 months but its during the pandemic so i kinda understood that. When they arrived they worked perfect, as expected when you pay 200$ for controllers. But a month later i started noticing that the paddels didnt work all the time and later noticed that the sticks were degrading at a fast pace.
All in all this controllers are not worth the wait and money. Bad quality long wait and they dont have longevity. Go buy a regular official controller.

This is my second Scuf the first was the best controller ever...quality build quality controller...my new controller is nowhere near the quality ...too many corners cut...cheaper materials...I am happy to pay more just bring back the class

Really good. Buttons are very responsive and quick to shot. Would love to try the impact one if I would have a money for. Definitely recommend it
